On September 23, 2025, Saskia Brussaard, Managing Partner at 6 Seeds Consulting, was invited to lead a session in the Skills for Research Impact series at the University of Guelph.
Hosted by the Ontario Agri-Food Innovation Alliance, the Community Engaged Scholarship Institute, and the Research Innovation Office, the session focused on “How to Write an Op-Ed.” Saskia guided participants through the essentials of crafting persuasive opinion pieces—from identifying timely topics and building evidence-based arguments to getting published in leading outlets.
